What is Counselling and Psychotherapy ?
People heal when met with compassion.
I believe much of our suffering comes from being disconnected from our true selves, often due to childhood and family traumas. With the right care, this connection can be restored.
Many of our issues—like anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship troubles—started as ways to cope with difficult times. These coping mechanisms helped us survive but don't define who we are.
As a counselor, I reflect your experiences back to you, helping you see yourself clearly, maybe for the first time. Together, we explore each situation and your reactions to understand the deeper reasons behind them.

It is a safe, confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fear of judgment.

You will recognize the connection between mind and body, recognizing how emotional and psychological experiences are stored in the body and can manifest as physical symptoms
