Counselling and psychotherapy
I am here with you, fully engaged and committed to understanding your unique story, guiding you on your healing journey
Hi, I am Marina
I specialize in trauma, childhood, and attachment parenting.
My promise is to provide honest and compassionate care, supporting you on your journey to uncover the origins of pain and self-limiting patterns.
I completely trust in your ability to heal, hence my role is not to 'fix' you, but to be with you.
The Philosophy
I honour your courage in reaching out for the support you need.
During our time together, I'll gently guide you through an exploration of your thoughts, physical sensations, beliefs, and behaviors to empower you to be the agent of your own meaning-making.
By creating a relationship with your feelings, you'll learn to observe emotions without identifying with them, achieving a deeper sense of presence and freedom.
Together, we will transform suffering into awareness and pave the way for a fulfilling, conscious life.
You will receive
Deeper Self-Awareness
You gain a profound understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, uncovering the unconscious dynamics that drive your life.

What is Compassionate Inquiry ?
It is a therapeutic approach developed by renowned physician and author Gabor Maté. It combines elements of psychotherapy, mindfulness, and compassion.
This method creates a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to deeply examine their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, uncovering the origins of pain, trauma, and self-limiting patterns.
"The purpose of Compassionate Inquiry is to drill down to the core stories people tell themselves – to get them to see what story they are telling themselves unconsciously; what those beliefs are, where they came from; and guide them to the possibility of letting go of those stories, or letting go of the hold those stories have on them.”
—Dr. Gabor Maté
What clients say:
-
My session of compassionate inquiry with Marine was very insightful and productive. Marine was effective in guiding our session back to the goal I had set at the start and was able to ask the right questions in order to enable me to go deeper into my introspection. I felt I was gently held in our session and Marine was very empathetic and compassionate. With this one session, I was able to apply more compassion to my everyday life and struggles and found it very beneficial.

I had a session with Marina which allowed me to get in touch with my inner self. It was actually very deep and I was surprised how much this one session helped me to understand myself better. I have been into deep healing process for the past three years and thanks to Marina’s guidance I was able to deepen my healing.
Thank you again Marina.

My Compassionate Inquiry session with Marina was life changing! She holds such loving space and it felt very safe to go through some uncomfortable processing. In the end, it was easier to go through than I expected, especially with Marina’s guidance and reflections.
A few weeks later, I can now say that the work we did has profoundly shifted my perspective on my life and I have been able to enjoy more freely! Thank you Marina and I am sure I will be back for more!

-
I had about 5 compassionate inquiry sessions with Marine, it has brought me very deep insights, it helped me understand on a simple yet profound way the why of whatever behaviours or emotions, she also guided me to the core of the physical body where the " trauma" was stuck and I was then able to release, understand and have compassion with myself which opened new doors in my heart... very greatful to Marine and the method she is using.
